Bayleys Property Management is a specialist property management business serving Christchurch and offices across the Canterbury region. Their website has operated on the RealOnline CMS since 2014, with several revisions as the business, branding and online requirements have evolved.

A central part of the project has been managing property listing data across changing third party property management systems. Custom imports and exports have evolved over time, allowing the website and connected platforms to keep operating as the software behind them changed.
